The Trunk Jammer VIP 300T is a high power IED Jammer installed into the trunk of a car, rear of a truck, or armored vehicle. An IED Jammer blocks radio signals used to detonate a remote controlled improvised explosive device or RCIED.

Also known as an RF Jammer, an IED Jammer saturates the environment with radio frequency pulses of electromagnetic energy.  These pulses attack radio receivers found in an RCIED. The HSS trunk mounted IED Jammer is the solution to dealing with cellular IED threats, satellite phone IED threats, low and high band radio wave IED threats as no other IED Jammer functions like the Bomb Jammer, especially the new covert version mounted in a trunk of a vehicle.

It is designed as an enhanced RF Jammer to suppress the extended spectrum of radio signals used to detonate an RCIED or radio controlled improvised explosive device. In addition, the HSS IED Jammer is unique in that it is designed not to break squelch of a walkie talkie radio.  A walkie talkie IED happens to be a very difficult threat to neutralize unless one uses the Bomb Jammer ™ brand of electronic countermeasures.  Other IED Jammers break squelch and set off roadside bombs, car bombs, and RCIEDs that use commercial radio receivers to detonate.
