The Bomb Ranger 330A is designed to transmit radio signals on VHF communication bands in order to jam remote controlled explosives, radio fired mines, and other radio activated weaponry from detonating. Depending upon the amplifier configuration specified by custom order, the BR 330A can be mounted on a jeep, truck, or armored troop carrier.
The BR 330A conforms with operating requirements for:
- Convoy Jamming in isolated environments
- Stationary Jamming of buildings in isolated environments
- Mobile Jamming for moving land & marine vehicles
In addition, The Bomb Ranger 330A is generally used in desert and marine climates. Bomb Squad teams, Explosive Ordnance Disposal EOD police responders, SWAT teams, Weapons Inspectors, and Border checkpoints Weapons Inspectors employ the Bomb Ranger 330A, in conjunction with explosive search and detection systems.

Designed in conjunction with Radio Receiver 330A, the BR 330A can work in cooperation with other jamming modules or noise generation blocks, power amplifiers, software, and antenna feeder units.
